WHITE SESAME SEEDS

White Sesame seeds are the oldest and the most nutrient rich of oil seeds that grow in pods on the Sesamum indicum plant. These seeds obtain their particular white color, because the outside hull of the seed is removed. The removing of the hull exposes the white inner seed however alters the flavor of the overall seed.
